"Pictures from the Pokemon Go Safari Zone in Dortmund, Germany."

#PokemonGO: https://ift.tt/2KndCpd The park opened at 9.00. The first photo is of the end of the line at 8.50. I finally entered the park around 10.50. So, 2 hours just waiting to get inside the park. There were multiple entrances but people in this line told me friends in other lines were also waiting this long. Once in the park, most people had no reception and couldn't play. Talked to a few foreigners, who could roam various German networks, all had problems. Either the network was completely unavailable or they couldn't log in. The German T-Mobile did have an info stand in the park, but the people couldn't help because they themselves had no internet. It's a huge park, so wandering around sometimes helped but not always. Hours later they did manage to get at least one hotspot working at one of the player lounges. I don't know about the other hotspots. One of the pictures shows a charging station and one shows the stall where you could buy food and drinks. There were other stalls as well and a Nintendo Switch stand. The giveaways were a ribbon bracelet and a paper Pikachu mask. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2yVW9yF
