#PokemonGO: I made a similar post over in r/pokemongo a while back, but I think this is relevant here as well as this bug is still affecting people.There have been many posts from trainers who start the game up and they are greeted by Professor Willow, who then starts going through the tutorial as if you are a new player.THIS IS A GLITCH. If you want to keep your current nickname and outfit etc, FORCE CLOSE THE GAME AND RESTART.If you try to ‘rush through’ and type random letters for this part not only will you end up changing your name to whatever you just typed in, you’ll have to contact Niantic to try to change your name again and you won’t be able to get your old name back!Just a warning!
