"About the Ultra Bonus..."

#PokemonGO: I've seen a lot of complaints from people about how this isn't a "real event" and how Niantic "screwed dedicated players" by making their hard earned Pokemon not "special" anymore. So here is a little reminder.It's a game, for fun. We have had a summer full of events and this event allows many players who missed out in certain aspects of the game for one reason or another to gain access to these Pokemon. Whether it be Regionals, or shiny birds (because many people can't do every three hour limited event) to Mewtwo, which has been out for a year now, and many players are denied Mewtwo simply based on lack of EX gyms, not dedication.I say this as a dedicated player with more than a full team's worth of Mewtwo, only Mr. Mime and Kangaskhan missing in my Dex. I also say this as a player who understands that someone else having a Mewtwo takes nothing away from me. Instead of complaining about how other people gaining a Mewtwo devalues your own (a very common complaint today) go out, do some Mewtwo Raids and help the players in your community get their first one. Pokemon Go is partly about playing with a community after all.Also, Niantic does not have to host events.
