"[Humor] Kangaskhan hatching from an egg - birth paradox?"

#PokemonGO: Now that gen 1 regionals have been announced to be able to hatch from 7km eggs, a weird thought crossed my mind - Kangaskhan is a mother Pokémon that holds its infant in its front pouch. Would be pretty weird to imagine that the infant had already been born within the egg, before the two of them hatched... Was there an egg within that egg, which hatched earlier...?
