"Moltres day was the most fun I've had in a while, and it had a great surprise!"
#PokemonGO: My wife and I are avid PoGo players and have been for a long time, but with a 4 month old baby we haven't been able to go out and play very much for a while. We decided, however, that it was finally time to take our daughter out on an adventure and hunt a few Moltres (especially since the wife and I are both team Valor). So on Saturday, we grabbed the stroller and headed to the library where my wife works, which has two gyms side by side and would be a great place to battle since we could be inside to keep the baby cool. A bunch of our friends and coworkers also came out, and we ended up being able to take down both raids no problem with about 12 people. It was awesome getting to play together with a bunch of people again, and our daughter was having a blast getting to see a bunch of new faces! :)My wife and I both caught a Moltres (not shiny) in the first raid, and then both missed it in the second, but we were happy just to have one and to have had the experience. Some of the folks did catch shinies, and overall everybody was in a great mood.A few friends said they were heading down the street to one more gym that could be reached from our cars, so we agreed to go do one more before heading home. When we got there, baby started getting fussy (she doesn't like sitting still when in her car seat), so my wife opted to put her in the stroller and go into a nearby cafe to get us drinks. She gave me her phone to do the raid and headed off with baby.I synced up with our friends and we finished the raid, and I tapped through the results to get to our Moltres spawns. They looked a little funny, but I thought it was because I was in the sun and had my sunglasses on. That was until they both sparkled simultaneously, and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Double shinies! :D So I pinap'd and caught them both, and got to be the hero when my wife returned from the cafe. Not only did we get to have a great time playing together with friends and show our little girl some more of the world, we both caught regular and shiny Moltres in only 3 raids! It was definitely one of the most fun experiences we've had in a good while. :)TL;DR - wife and I went out Moltres hunting with our baby after not being able to play much for a while, ended up both catching regular and shiny Moltres in only 3 raids and had an awesome time playing with friends again. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2NCFnel
