"[QoL Suggestion] Game sounds re-enable every time you logout of an account"

#PokemonGO: This is really annoying for those who prefer to have game sounds disabled like myself and I think its about time it gets addressed. It seems like the game settings are tied to whatever account is logged in when settings are changed so each time you log out the settings reset to default which should not be the case.
