I wish gamefreak would expand on the gimmicks they introduced in older generations.Generation 3's puzzles to get to legendary pokémon and the secret bases.Generation 4's pokéball customisation and Cynthia.Generation 5's pokémon fusion (Currently only Kyurem, but Shellder and Slowpoke would be an example for future games) and multipokémon attacks that need two pokémon to be extra effective like the pledge moves and fusion bolt and fusion flare. And not to forget Pokéwood and the player made mall.Generation 6's mega evolutions and the abunance of clothing. Not to forget horde battles.Generation 7's fun challenges before the totem fight (gym leader) and that you really become the champ once you won the battle against the old champ.​Did I miss any?
