"My experience in transfering from GO to Let's Go"

But you need to access the GO Park in Let's Go in order to receive them. Mew cannot be transfered.Transfered pokemon appear in GO Park and you must go there to capture them. Catch rates apply, so don't forget to bring loads of balls. Their stats will be different from Pokémon GO.My ex-raid Mewtwo turned into a level 20 Mewtwo - nice to include in the party and level up.
