"Why don't final evolved gen 3 pokemon appear in the wild?"
#PokemonGO: I have caught Charizard, Feraligatr, Ampharos and other final evolved gen 1-2 forms. I do not understand why Niantic did not put gen 3 final evolved pokemon.
