"December's community day"

#PokemonGO: I just wanted to take a moment to express how great the December community day was and sorry I am a bit late posting this. Some of the biggest concerns were addressed with this community day:Those who were unable to participate in the 3-hour window were still able to enjoy the benefit of the weekend-long event. We have been asking for longer community day windows, this seemed like a fair solution, perhaps we can see something similar in the future. Boosted spawns and semi-boosted shiny rates for the whole weekend, and still a 3-hour window for a special huge increase in shiny rates.The ability to reclaim previous CD pokemon exclusive moves for those who joined after the previous community days or those that were unable to play and missed out. This is huge, especially for those who didn't have smack down ttars.Some thoughts for the future and ways to improve:Sneak in something fun, exciting, and unexpected. Maybe not everyone enjoys this, but I was confused, then amused when the Nutto event happened right after the community day as a preview for Meltan.A second 3-hour window, I think it worked well for the eevee community day. I understood that eevee was special because of all of the evolutions, but I think nonetheless it doesn't really hurt to have a second 3-hour window.More fun research's like we saw with the squirtle squad.Closing thoughts, I would love to hear any other ideas or feedback from fellow PoGo players.
