"Great League Tier List"

#PokemonGO: I've posted this in silph arena, I figure I'll post it here as well. There has been a lot of people asking for a tier list. Below is a tier list of what I think is strong in the meta (bulky water, anti-bulky water, balanced/high DPS teams) .
