"Has Snorunt become raid exclusive?"

#PokemonGO: It's been snowy weather for 3 days here now, and I have still not seen a Snorunt, nor has any of my friends. They used to be everywhere in snowy weather. I know they have toned down weather to get more diversity, but it should at least spawn to some extent, should it not? As soon as it become snowy we see Skarmory pop up quite a bit, so has Snorunt been removed from the wild pool and become raid only? via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2zF0zIc
