"How do you find people who are serious about friend gifting?"

#PokemonGO: I've gone to various sites where people post their friend codes, I've added people from there and posted my own code, but out of 40-50 people I have added, only 1 actually sends gifts back frequently. All of the others just open my gifts and close the friend screen. Some of them don't even open my gifts for over a week. I'm a rural player, so gifting has become a pretty big deal to me.​Is there a place for matching people like me who just want 3-5 friends that trade every day and are trying to make it to best friends status? Surely I'm not the only person with this issue. Maybe this post can be useful to some people.​If you are in the same situation, send me a PM with your friend code.
