"Need advice--Is my lucky Machamp worth powering up and/or using a TM?"

#PokemonGO: I traded to get a lucky Machamp. Should I use a fast/charged TM to get a different moveset? Is it worth using the candies to power up? I don't mind spending the stardust, but don't want to waste candies and TMs if this one isn't worth it.For context-I'm level 35 and this is my only Machamp. CP 2180 HP 148IV 84% and 13-12-13.
