"Sending an EX Invite to an ultra friend increases friendship"

#PokemonGO: Thread title.It didn't used to do this, I've invited ultra friends to EX raids before and didn't see any friendship increase until we did the raid together.Past few waves I've invited best friends so there was nothing to increase.For today's EX raid I invited an ultra friend and as soon as I sent the invite - literally as you see the pass flying off the screen - it showed "friendship level increased".Which is strange since my friend didn't even "accept" the pass (it auto-accepts, they can decline if they want to screw your invite ability), it's a one-person action that impacts both people.Anyone else notice this?
