"Adventure sync rewards"

#PokemonGO: Hi,So, I noticed some problems with adventure sync and I wanted to find out what the reason is.For my reward today I got 5 Ultra balls, 10 Great balls, 20 Pokeballs, and 1500 dust.A friend of mine got 5 Ultra balls, 10 Great balls, 20 Pokeballs, 1500 dust, and 5+3 rare candy.He walked 89 kms, I walked 76, and neither of us had space for eggs.So we both had similar distances (50+), similar situations with eggspace, but one got an extra reward and the other didn't.I can think of two possible reasons:-Niantic has randomized numbers of bundles. Some people get randomly more stuff than others, without any rhyme or reason.-Niantic gave me eggs as a bonus, and since I had no space, I didn't get eggs, and they don't give you anything else as a replacement. He got the rare candy as the bonus, so didn't face this problem.I'm leaning towards the second as being more likely, but does anyone know for sure? Is it a known fact that I somehow missed that you don't get a reward if you don't have egg space?And is there anywhere which is up to date with adventure sync rewards?
