"Can you still find rare/evolved Pokémon in the wild randomly?"

#PokemonGO: I remember when the game first launched, I’d find evolved Pokémon like Nidoking, Ivysaur, Raichu, etc. But now all I seem to find are non-evolved Pokémon.They were pretty rare to find, but they were still there. I don’t think I’ve seen a single evolved Pokémon like that since the first year of the game. The only evolved Pokémon I see in the wild now are kakunas and metapods via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2G1GQq3
