"Hoenn Event: why aren't there any Lotads?"

#PokemonGO: I know they chose a bunch of Pokemon to increase spawns of, and some of those that weren't increased were featured in recent events (i.e., Lileep)... but Lotad has been as rare as Castform even when it's raining ever since they changed the weather spawns, and today it was raining in-game (and IRL) the whole day and not a single Lotad was sighted.If it doesn't nest and it isn't boosted during a Hoenn event, when are we supposed to catch it? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2DnLHAf
