"Lack of Dittos"

#PokemonGO: I kid you not, it's been months and I can't find a ditto anywhere for this quest. It's gotten to the point that I play less and less bc of it. Why do they make this so difficult to find. I know there's nothing anyone can do but I hate not being able to enjoy myself playing via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2SRQKhB
