#PokemonGO: I've had 3 ex-raid invites since i started playing again midlast year and they've all been during my working hours- i could book time off or ring in sick but i have a holiday later this year and feigned illnesses don't sit well with me. Considering it takes a lot of luck to get an EX-raid invitr in the first place i feel like Niantic should be much more player friendly with how they're set out- and i feel there's multiple ways to do that.In order of preferanceGive us a list of all the times an exraid will take place at the gym we got the invite for and choose ourself which to attend based on our schedule. I only attend raids suitable to me during the week so why is the reward at the end a forced time to go to.2.. Give us the ability in settings to choose preferable times for EX-Raids, so i could choose weekends or when i finish work on weekdays. Those who work weekends could chose the weekdays.Choose specific days to be EX-raids, so for example February the 2nd will be an exraid all day at that gym, this allows people to plan with others around the time they are working and be able to attend. This isn't as good as option 2 because you're forced to do a day that may not be optimal but attendance is possible.TLDR: The currant system for Exraid invites is completely anticonsumer, and turns what should be excitement at recieving an invite into disappointment when you have to jump through hoops to attend.
