#PokemonGO: While I would wager this has already been decided it was not directly mentioned in the official announcement for Hydro Cannon for Totodile CD. I'm hoping Niantic decides to let us unlock moves in the future for CD, but if that is not the case I am suggesting it would be a good idea.One of the largest issues with CD in general is that many players feel it lowers the incentive to evolve and invest in Pokemon with a high chance of an exclusive move. While TM's don't really require you to go out and play during CD to get the moves, unlocking does cost candy and stardust which is something players can collect by participating in CD. Allowing us to unlock moves can give players some unique combinations (like Water Gun Feraligatr) and actually adds value to investing in a Pokemon before it has a CD. via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2C9i5op
