"Power up Togekiss?"

#PokemonGO: I just evolved my 96% Togekiss and got Fighting Hidden Power/Dazzling Gleam. Is he worth powering up?Would he be good against Dark Mons or are there better meta-relevant that I should focus on? (I’m still getting used to type advantages, and currently have a wall of 5 Machamps, not sure if there are cases where Togekiss would be worth adding to the team). via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2LM3wLX
