"Research Breakthroughs shouldn't allow repeats of the legendary encountered last week"

#PokemonGO: There's nothing more frustrating than getting Zapdos as the research breakthrough reward for the 7th week in a row. I get the feeling that some legendaries are weighted more than others in terms of the likelihood of obtaining them. As of Jan 2019 there's meant to be 8 possible legendaries but its really demotivating when you get the same one for so long. It would be great if it became impossible to encounter the last legendary that appeared as a reward, thus giving the other legendaries an equal 1/7 chance of appearing. Still possible to bounce back and forth between two legendaries, but at least its not the same one over and over again via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2TjnctC
