"Trying to figure out why all my kids are shadowbanned."

#PokemonGO: Please don't accuse of cheating. I'm trying to solve the issue and have nothing to gain by lying about it. No one in our house has any interest in cheating nor the knowhow on how to do it.About a week ago, 3 of them got a warning saying they're using third party software. I already know they have no clue how to do anything like that, but I looked through all of their devices anyway, and found nothing. They don't even have any of the same apps installed. The phones are not rooted.I will mention that the phones are not active. That is, if they want to play PoGo, they need wifi. Usually that just means they can catch what shows up at my house, but if we go out, I put on a hotspot so they can play with my wife and me. Never had any issues with this. I've went out on many community days with them before.2 of them are using PTC accounts and one is using a Google account.They only play their own accounts (though there'd be no way to prove that someone else wasn't using the phone anyway), but they have logged into each others phones when one or more devices had a dead battery. I don't think the ToS has any rules against logging into another device as long as it's the account owner doing it (though again, there's no way to tell the difference remotely). But they've had their accounts for around 2 years and have been doing that, and only recently got a warning. Not sure if that could cause it, which would be a shame if it's not against the ToS to use another device with a single account.My wife recently installed applock on the phones so the kids couldn't go on the play store and download every random app they find, but it's not set to block PoGo, just Google Play. I don't know why that would cause that, though.That's about all the details I have to offer. It's been over a week and they still can't see any rare spawns.
