"Why is Palkia so small?"

#PokemonGO: https://imgur.com/a/WkpLBF4​Just did the new raid and noticed how hard it was to catch palkia since he is far back but after catching him i see that hes super small compared to all the other legendaries. His actual sprite is small kinda like how Rhyperior was when he first came out. Is he that small in lore or is it just PoGo being weird again? via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2FWny6u
