"Does anyone else find it wrong that Niantic can take your money but you cannot phone them for support?"

#PokemonGO: Imagine your account being corrupted, or you cannot sign in, or you get wrongfully banned.Imagine spending $100s and you get wrongfully banned.​If any of those things happen to me I will screw. I walk 5-10km a day playing pokemon go, it will disrupt my daily routine.​The major bad thing is, if any of this happens you would have to email support and wait for a reply....I think its pretty wrong they are making loads of money, but not investing in a proper support system for their players.
