"Egg and Buddy distance still broken with 0.137.1"

#PokemonGO: Egg & Buddy distance has not been working for two weeks now while 'weekly distance' is still being recorded fine.​Niantic Support is still under the belief this is not a glitch with the game despite many Silphroad users admitting similar issues. Can people with this issue please report it to them so they acknowledge it as a glitch that needs fixing?
