"Are pokemon go players becoming too greedy?"

#PokemonGO: I see so many posts about unfair events, low rates for shiny pokemon, grinding all day for nothing, it’s all niantics fault, casual players vs die hard players etcBut all I can think about is how greedy we are becoming for event pokemon and how dissatisfied this community is becoming in general. What happened to just enjoying playing the game, what happened to hope?By no means do I get all of these event pokemon, but I also don’t sulk about it and feel the need to complain about it to make myself feel better about not getting what I hunted hours for. That is what this game is literally about. If we all got these event shiny pokemon, the game would be lackluster to say the least.Me personally, when I don’t get the event shiny or the pokemon I was going for in general, I look forward to the next day. I have hope that it will pop up in the future. And in many cases, it has. These event pokemon should be rare, chances should not be insanely high as compared to castform on lotad day. It does not contribute to the overall enjoyment for pokemon go.Yes, we can sit and feel bad about ourselves that our good friends got the shiny we longed for, but should that mean we look to place blame on a company that has brought many communities with similar interest together and far more? Should we place blame on certain events that we didn’t get what we want? Honestly, I feel the answer is heck no.How about we give thanks to the insanely brilliant app that is pokemon go. How about we give thanks that we can have more reasons to meet up with good friends than usual to go to raids for a chance. How about we give thanks that many of us meet people in this world that we would have never had a connection with other than this game.
