"Distance limit for Lucky Trades is further encouraging account sharing in my community"

#PokemonGO: I know this was not an intended side affect with the distance restriction placed on Lucky Trades but lets be honest, many of us saw this coming from a mile away. And I'd like to believe that Niantic also saw this coming but clearly they didnt since the distance limit is now a thing.In my community for example, many people have recently started to account share with best friends who they know by setting a temporary password on their account so the other person can log in for a brief moment and do the lucky trade. Lets be honest, with how low the odds are of becoming lucky friends, people would rather not leave the comfort of their homes and drive to a park to meet up for a lucky trade with 1 person, or maybe 2 if they're really lucky. Dont get me wrong, im neither defending nor justifying this type of behavior but we all know that Niantic has constantly placed over-the-top restrictions that, while may be somewhat effective anti-cheat measures, encouraged legitimate players to resort to questionable methods to get certain in-game activities done. Cheaters will always find a way to circumvent anti-cheat measures but its always the legitimate player who will have their gameplay experience degraded. This issue is probably not restricted to my community as it seems fairly easy to do if both parties can communicate with one another so I assume this behavior will continue to get worse over time and become rampant among many other communities.There is a simple solution to this problem. Allow best friends to conduct long distance lucky trades to help minimize these types of ToS breaking activities. This restriction will not affect spoofers and multi-accounters whatsoever so why does it exist?
