"[Idea] A way to address the community day exclusive move FOMO"

#PokemonGO: In the main series games the moves Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, and Hydro cannon are taught to your starter pokemon by an NPC if your starter pokemon has a high enough friendship with you. The idea here would be to apply a similar format to the community day exclusive move (or limited move windows such as grass knot for Breloom).After walking a select distance with your buddy, probably something like 25 or 50km, you can evolve that buddy with a 100% chance to receive their CD exclusive move.I feel we could apply this to already evolved pokemon as well, after the distance requisite is met the exclusive move should be added to that buddys TM pool (Note: I am not trying to address the serious flaws with the TM system here)I also feel that community day should keep its current format in that all pokemon evolved during the event are guaranteed to evolve into the CD exclusive move.This would cut down on the 2 major areas of FOMO that community day causes.Holding onto your best of a species of pokemon and not evolving it for concern that it will be entirely invalidated by the chance that it has a community day. (or that you acquire a high IV species of a pokemon after the CD window but its made nearly valueless because you cant get the proper attack)That not being able to participate in the community day means you miss out on meta defining moves, with metor mash Metagross being the most significant example here via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2UOIAeV
