"Spoofers are destroying my local community and driving off players. What can be done with support doesn't respond?"

#PokemonGO: My local community has been suffering from a group of spoofers who have been dominating gyms for over a year now. They all have multiple accounts, and use them to fill up gyms and kick other players out. They have also been targeting specific players for special action, stalking them in gyms and attacking them verbally in the local group chat.Now they're targeting me, and at this point I'm ready to just quit the game. Is there nothing that can be done? They've been reported and gotten red warnings before (which they bitched about endlessly in chat) but have never had a single account banned for even a week.What can I do to help my local group? Several of us report the harassment and accounts daily, but again, support is completely unresponsive. Should we just move on like several other players have done?Edit: Thanks for the advise and support. I'll try making a discord, and encourage people to use private lobbies.
