"How do nests work? (A few questions)"

#PokemonGO: We have currently a medium size Scyther nest, an everybody is trying to maximise their caught Scyther numbers. I have a few questions:1: Are all spawnpoints in a nest equal? I mean has every point the same chance of spawning a Scyther or are ther special nest-spawnpoints one could check?2: Do lures on stops in nests attract nest Pokemon? Is it worth using them?3: How do events influence nests? Are there more or less nesting Pokemon during an event like this? Or does it depend on the event?4: Does weather influence nest-spawns?
