"Pokemon GO gave me a much needed sign."

#PokemonGO: Last Wednesday (01May2019) my grandfather, almost 97 years old, passed away. He was the closest thing I had to a father figure and, with that being said, I spent a lot of time at the VA for the past few weeks. If I wasn't working, I was either there or sleeping for work the next day so I hadn't really been playing much PoGO. I'm not really one for superstition, religion or such, but I was looking for a sign to ease my nerves. Wednesday after work I decided to open up my game to distract myself since I didn't really have anything else to do or anywhere to go anymore, and this little girl was my first check. I found it appropriate seeing as Cubone is a mourning Pokémon. I've experienced the deaths of people who were close to me before and handled things surprisingly well, but it's a little closer to home when it comes to the man who was such a positive role model to me for just over 25 years. I've always dealt with things on my own to not burden anyone, but I feel like this is a good sign to remember that I'm not alone and have a proper support system. If nothing else, I have this little green girl to mourn with me.http://bit.ly/2UZUwpy via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2WpE57f
