"Quest mode NPCs"

#PokemonGO: This is the first time I post so if the post is inapropriate plz let me know.This is something that came to my mind years ago and they haven't done yet. When they introduced researches and stuff i was so delighted and, in the same line, they could add more things. My idea is to introduce NPC's which could be randomly generated and rotate every 15 days their location (or not, depending on how it's done). There could be different types:Nurse Joy: Heals ur team once a day.Mara Agent: gives a special research task of "catch this Pokemon" as if it was a criminal and you get a reward for it.Gym Leaders: this is sth more complex, now that you can battle, the idea would be to find the 8 gym leaders and challenge them and try to get the 8 medals before the Npc rotation to get a special reward.Random trainers: you battle them to win (or lose) some coins...Of course that's a big update and might suppose a big issue for servers maybe or just not be viable but I feel like we all would enjoy having more "reasons" to do things when we play. Right now, if there is no event is a bit boring to play the game unless you play when you are going somewhere. The thing is that I would enjoy it so much to wake up one saturday and go out especifically to play the original pokemon game but on the streets, and this NPC thing would make it feel like that.
