"Beginner's luck... or something"

#PokemonGO: Decided to start playing Pokemon go again after not playing since the first craze in 2016... one of the things that brought me back in was the fact that they added shinies! I stayed up many middle school nights logging 1000+ hours on Pokemon X hunting and hunting, and the fact that shiny rates are so boosted in this game made me even more excited to get back into it. Sadly, I lost my old account and had to start from scratch :(The day I started playing again, me and my brothers took a trip to southern Cali (best place to play this game ever honestly) and I started learning about all the new (to me at least lol) additions like raids. I was nervous to try one at first since I was so new, but in Cali there are SO MANY Pokemon Go players that taking down a 5-star raid boss was no problem. I was already so happy to have finished my first ever raid and to get a legendary on top of that, so I almost squealed of happiness in public when I saw those beautiful sparkles appear on my screen.
