"Community Day Shinies"

#PokemonGO: After this last Community Day (Torchic), I have a question that I'm hoping this subreddit can help me solve. While I had some decent luck finding some Sick Chickens, I also managed to snag me a Shiny Absol and Growlithe during the hours. I've never caught a single Shiny outside of Community Days, and it got me thinking: does CD increase the chance of ALL Shinies, or is it just the specific one (Torchic in this case). I guess a different way to word it would be, are my Absol and Growlith full-odds, or were their chances of being Shiny boosted by CD? via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2Z7koSV
