"Good Karma"

#PokemonGO: One of my first shiny Pokemon was a Ho-Oh that I got from field research. It was one that my girlfriend was extremely envious of, to the point where she would bug me about trading it to her nearly on a daily basis.As the Diglett event wound down, I decided I would trade it to her if I didn't get one. I love purple, and she already had multiple of them. The value in that trade probably favored her, but I didn't really care...I even joked that I probably had a better chance of getting another shiny Ho-Oh than I would have of finding a shiny Diglett after the event.This morning I woke up early, about an hour before she had to wake up and leave for work. I noticed I was out of eggs, and that we needed a few things around the house. I picked up some eggs and some gifts to send to some people. Grabbed her some breakfast and a chai, got home just before she had to leave and sent her off on the right foot.Right after she left, I went to open my research breakthrough for this week. Wouldn't you know it...I'm staring this guy straight in the face! I guess good karma pays off in this game as well as real life :) via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2HSGdja
