"Mewtwo's icon at the bottom of the Pokedex is blank. Does this give some hints about the team rocket event?"

#PokemonGO: If you click Mewtwo in the pokedex and go to the bottom where it says "evolution," it's blank. Also, the circle in the Mewtwo's pokedex screen is not enlarged until you click on it. Has this always been a thing?
