I honestly think that Black/White was the generation where Pokémon looked the best. Everything was pleasing to look at, it perfected the charm of the visuals we were accustomed to. These new 3D games are just that, a new 3D game. Nothing separates them from other modern JRPGs other than the actual Pokémon, it looks the same and lost that unique feel of the older graphics. We get a look at Sword and Shield and the graphics don’t look all that great. The aesthetics have lost the charm of the old 16 bit graphics style. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/32P2jeE
