"More I invest time, more things bother me....Niantic drops the ball all the time..."

#PokemonGO: So,I'm 2016 player that had some pauses for month or two...but last 3 months I've been grinding pretty hard and game got me involved more than ever. My obsessions are shinies and collecting lucky dex. Every day after work I walk 2-3 hours.This will be long post and reflects my thoughts that I have for few weeks now.Just because my high involvement with time and money things bother me more and more. I've played my share of the games and many other games seemed like they cannot die that easy but they did. It all started from small mistakes from the dev team until players had enough.Last 2-3 weeks Niantic is slowly but surely not trying to encourage player to go out and catch pokemons.Where to start?-Whole Team Rocket concept is good, but overwhelming. From animations to grinding in order to get one weak legendary pokemon that 95% won't be shiny.All the grind and fighting Giovanni and Rocket Leaders is not worth it. There is no good reward. I don't think Unova stone is good reward either because sooner or later there will be way to get Unova stone easy and currently only 2 pokemons can be evolved with it.At least we should've been guaranteed shiny legendary from Giovanni or higher shiny rate from rocket leaders would be appreciated. I'm overwhelmed by whole Looming in the Shadows and this is only first special research, in two month or maybe sooner everybody will lose interest in it.​Now, let's talk about worst event of the year so far - Supereffective week.We didn't get any extra revives and potions as promised.Torchic had CD few months ago and he will again be in December CD so what's the point?No shiny Rhyhorn release, this would be perfect opportunity for that.Teddirusa and Torchic are not that really supereffective against team rocketTentacool? Why? He is not even in top 50 against any rocket grunt or leader. Why now shiny release?Murkrow? Really? That pokemon without this event is spawning all over the place and again is not that usable against Rockets.Total mess this event.Should I even mention useless flower crown Eevee for 2 months? Jesus...testing patience there Niantic, big time.Quality of life improvements are not there.Why not reinvent new gift system? This current one is time consuming.Why can't we get research from spinning pokestop even tho our bag is full?Just give us button on pokestop to press for Team Rocket grunt encounter.Intros or cut-scenes call whatever you want are too long for everything in the game.Switching between pokemons in battle is slow and unresponsive.Give us option to cycle through pokemons that we catch from field research, they are stacking randomly...at least stack them in order that we completed reasearch because on CD's or other events you don't have balls or time to catch every pokemon from field research, that's why stacking is invented, why make it random then?Egg pool? Oh my god... I think even newbies that started playing nowadays have all the useless pokemons from eggs already.Magnemite was released two weeks ago for more than 7 days and was spawning everywhere and I still hatch it from 5km.Ralts is still in 10km even tho he had CD and will have another in December.... and there are 80% of other useless pokemons in eggs. Totally unsatisfying and boring.Niantic should think about egg pool and reshuffle it asap. This bad egg pool is not really "forcing" me into buying coins because I have no motive in hatching eggs. So in short, Niantic is losing players and money fast.Give us regionals in eggs or make shiny chances higher from hatching thatn 1/450. There are ways to make eggs interesting.Each day there are more players that are expirienced than new players and game will never have more new players than old ones. Niantic must lean towards old and active players more.Increase level cap above 40 level or think about new progression system because after 40 level you lose one component off the game - level progression.There are other problems with game but I can't think of them atm.
