So this means if you do not defeat Giovanni by 10pm on Nov 30, you missed your chance at Articuno.Because Step 2 of the Looming in the Shadows quest requires you to spin a pokestop for 5 days in a row, your first spin of that streak must be started on or before the 26th. (27th is day 2, 28th day 3, 29th day 4, and 30th day 5.) It is possible to clear the remaining steps of the special research in one day, albeit it will take time (possibly hours if you are rural and need to drive or not planning to purchase rocket radars) to find the rocket team members necessary.Unless the spin streak research task is broken and it doesn't require an actual streak, those who aren't playing daily may find themselves still stuck on step 2 with no streak started.
