"Team Building Help"

#PokemonGO: Hey guys so I’m a semi casual but regular player and I often rely on the charts and users expertise posted here on TSR. I have a fairly decent collection of Pokémon. All CD Pokémon with movesets and a good few useful legacy Pokémon but I seriously lack legendaries (due to my mostly rural location). I realized recently that I need to seriously optimize my PvE and PvP teams because I’m struggling with Rocket Leaders and T3 solos. I also have lots of candies stacked up for the upcoming CD so I can evolve multiple Pokémon with useful movesets (such as Bagon, Larvitar, Beldum etc.) and have a few on top of the ones I already have.I’m looking for a source/charts which is easy to understand and can guide me as to what would be optimal teams by type for both types of battles.
