"We need a solution for clock-blocking."

#PokemonGO: Based on reports from other people who already had their colossal discovery event, during this time, the frequency of raids (specifically t5) increased and with less of a cooldown and possibly shorter timers on some of them. But what this means is that the majority of the Americas (North and South) will be clock-blocked when the expected ex pass distribution goes out at 2pm EDT today. So unless they send the passes out tomorrow, the same day as some ex raids, I think the majority of the Western Hemisphere is SOL. Which I think is completely unacceptable, we have had this go on for way too long now, with no correct solution.
