"Explorer Pass quarter hatch distance back to half distance two hours too early"

#PokemonGO: I am a Explorer Pass owner, and according to Niantic, bonusesy should last until 10pm local time. I had the quarter hatch distance. It's 8pm sunday now and my incubator says I need to walk 1km for a 2km egg instead of 0,5km. This indicates other bonuses might also have ended earlier than expected (10pm local time). Will put my last lures on in 1hr 45min, lets see whether they F'd it up again.​UPDATE: My 2km now only needs 0.5km ! They reverted it! It's 9:15pm nowUPDATE 2: Its 10pm, quarter hatch distance bonus is disabled.
