"Flower crown Buneary can't evolve"

#PokemonGO: To no surprise, Buneary, and I presume Togepi can't evolve with the flower crowns. This was understandable to a degree with the party hat Eevees, the promotional Luffy Pikachu, and especially the complexity that came with the full Halloween costumes . But the inability to evolve any costume Pokemon this year has just killed the fun. One of my favourite Pokemon is flower crown Leafeon. He's useful and looks special. Not to mention the fun of throwing out my shiny santa hat Raichu. But these Pokemon are completely useless, and when you get a shiny one..... it's kind of insulting that you now have a shiny that can't evolve.Sorry for the rant. despite popular opinion, I actually love the hats and stuff... but not being able to evolve is so disappointing via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/39RQarT
