"My idea for a game,"

Does Pokemon Past and future seem like it could work?Past would look like undeveloped towns or tribes maybe, little to no technology. Sorta jungley is the vibe I have in my head. We would see the return of all the fossil pokemon and obviously some new ones. Maybe even some staple Pokemon in am undeveloped form with a different type or something along those lines.Future would be the opposite all technology the once tribe areas would be towns/cities. The pokemon from past would have different attributes from evolution over time.Some version exclusives.Idk does that sound like it could work or would it be way to hard to create something like that with such a large time skip.Edit 1: also the story could be the same like some entity is altering the world or something and in past it would the first time it happens and in the future game it could be the second.I know some legendarys already deal with time but I feel like that could be redone or worded differently.Or it could be about human affect on the environment kinda what was touched on in alola. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3cPgSDl
