"Why was Ghetsis just so awful?"

And I don't mean that he was a bad villain, I mean why was he just such a bad man?I'm serious, I think Ghetsis was the first Pokemon villain I looked at and genuinely thought, "Wow, you are a horrible person." The only others that can compete as far as sheer child mistreatment goes is Giovanni and Lusamine, in my opinion haha.
