"Has anyone seen Lunatone recently?"

#PokemonGO: With the current Hoenn event, I thought it'd be a good attempt to try and get a shiny Lunatone. However I've yet to see a Lunatone in almost a week of Hoenn spawns. Plus, Lunatone is considered a regional so it shouldn't be influenced from the event like other regionals. I've talked with some members of my community and they've all claimed they've not seen any Lunatone this past week.
