"Seaking with two legacy moves from 2016"

#PokemonGO: So I still have a Seaking from 2016 with the legacy moves poison jab and icy wind, however the IVs are really bad it is an 5/11/5 seaking so my question is, is it worth the investment for the great league and so yes with line up would you guys recommend?
