"Gen 9 should have level scaling trainers and Pokémon"

I know a lot of people are against level scaling but the benefits it could bring are:• having the wild area be the entire map replacing the linear routes, this would also let the player challenge any gym at any time as the gyms wouldn’t be level gated.• it would force players to use strategy instead of levelling up past their problems.• people might argue that level scaling would make levelling up your Pokémon pointless but that wouldn’t be the case as each time you level up you unlock new moves and evolving makes your Pokémon stats better.• the wild area in gen 8 feels lifeless without random trainer, if you had level scaling trainers in the wild area it would feel less lifeless. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3g8xZBF
